If you cancel your monthly subscription, you will not be issued a refund. However, if you cancel your Annual Subscription, a partial refund based on the proportion of the product or service used will be issued. (For example, if you opt-in for an Annual Subscription but decide to cancel at the end of 6 months, a prorated refund is issued.)

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out the way we hope. If you’re not satisfied with your RestroX Subscription, please contact our Support so we can help make things right.
It is important that you send the refund request from the email address linked to your RestroX account in order to authorize it. If possible, please include the transaction ID so we can complete the process as quickly as possible.
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
